Thanksgiving at Essensia Restaurant is a special time for families and friends to share a culinary experience filled with emotions that nourish not only the body, but the heart and soul. This year, Essensia’s Thanksgiving menus focus on the local harvest exemplifying the restaurant’s farm-to-table philosophy. The restaurant is offering two Thanksgiving Day 3-course prix fixe menu options featuring the season’s traditional favorites made with the highest quality local, seasonal and organic ingredients. 

Both menu options begin with a choice of Fall Salad featuring Endive, Radicchio, Roasted Pears, Roquefort and Hazelnuts; Brussels Sprout Leaf Salad served with Clementine and Pomegranate in Brown Butter Vinaigrette; or Roasted Pumpkin and Pear Soup. Dinner is followed by a main course choice of Cider Brined Turkey Breast with Marsala Gravy; Honey Ham with Bourbon-Honey-Whole Grain Mustard; Seafood Selection of the Day; or Vegetarian White Bean Mushroom Ragout.

Sides are available in two categories. Th

e first, Traditional Thanksgiving Sides include Farm Bread Stuffing with Wild Mushrooms, Celery, Sage and Hazelnuts; Yams with Maple and Cinnamon; Mashed Potatoes, Bacon Wrapped Green Beans and Rosemary Citrus Cranberry Sauce) and the Chef’s Natural Gourmet Sides. The second option, Chef’s Natural Gourmet Sides includes Focaccia Stuffing with Pear, Dried Figs, Pistachios, Prosciutto and Goat Cheese; Roasted Butternut Squash with Shallots, Red Grapes and Hazelnuts; Celery Root and Leek Puree; Kale and Broccoli Casserole with Horseradish Bread Crumbs; and Spicy Cranberry Serrano Relish.

The final dessert course is a choice of Pumpkin Crème Brulée or Chocolate Pecan Pie a la Mode.

The Traditional Thanksgiving Day Dinner is $59 per person and the Chef’s Natural Gourmet Thanksgiving Day Dinner is $65 per person (not including tax or gratuity).
