Essensia Restaurant launches new dessert menu featuring a Chocolate Pot Au Crème served with homemade Vanilla Ice Cream and Almond Madeleine; Key West in a Jar featuring Coconut Panna Cotta, Local Mango, Key Lime Gelée, Orchid Petal and Micro Basil; Chocolate Layer Cake featuring a Raspberry Sphere, Fresh Raspberries and a homemade Chocolate Bar; Peach Pie served with Spiced Ice Cream and Peach Compote; and a Sangria Sorbet served with Wine-dipped and Grilled Fruit Skewer, Vanilla Ice Cream and Sour Sugar.
