Find Your Center Every Wednesday at The Palms Hotel & Spa

In Miami Beach, there is no standard way to practice yoga – no one and only yogi. Some practice once a week and stop for a glass of wine on the way home and others make it an absolute way of life. What’s important is that you find your own state of Zen or higher level of concentrated meditation.  If you are looking for a place where you can really get away from it all — and, of course, return to your center — consider The Palms Hotel & Spa’s Yoga, Spa and Garden-to-Table Wednesday’s featuring top-quality yoga instruction with garden side dinner at one of the most beautiful locales on Miami Beach.

Join Sharon Aluma, Amy Dannheim and Essensia’ s own Chef Julie Frans for a delightful hour of yoga followed by dinner (served gardenside) plus complimentary Aveda spa services. The event dubbed “Flourish” will take place every Wednesday from June 9 to August 27. Begin your journey into finding your perfect Samadhi at 6pm on the hotels South Lawn. Between 7 and 8 pm, Chef Julie will hand-craft a fresh and healthy dinner; but don’t forget to leave time for a complimentary chair massage performed by our licensed Aveda spa therapists. Don’t have time to enjoy a massage? Not to worry, simply reserve your treatment for the following week!

Purchase your ticket in advance and save $10 off admission and $5 off valet parking. Biking, jogging, walking, carpooling or public transportation is encouraged and street parking is also available. No matter your preferred style of yoga, The Palms Hotel & Spa offers you a casual and hassle free location to relax and enjoy a soothing yoga escape. So roll up your mat, reserve your space in advance and find your center. Namaste.
