Guests will enjoy a carefully crafted 3-course prix fixe menu by Essensia’s signature chef, Julie Frans. Starters include your choice of Traditional Caesar Salad with Grilled Key West Shrimp; Lobster Bisque with Rosemary Croutons and Truffle Foam; or Grilled Spanish Octopus with Citrus Parsley Scented Potatoes, Greens, Cherry Tomato and Spanish Olive Oil.
Main selections include your choice of Grass-Fed Seared Filet Mignon served with Creamy Polenta, Paradise Farms Oyster Mushrooms with Leeks and White Wine, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Balsamic Demi and Truffle Essence; Rosemary Lavender Rack of Lamb served with Smokey Blueberry Gastrique, Caramelized Sunchokes with Garlic Oil, Thyme, and Chile, Grilled Brocolini; or Surf & Turf (additional $20) features a 4oz. Grass-Fed Seared Filet Medallion, Broiled Lobster Tail, Truffle Butter, Brandy Peppercorn Demi, Wild Mushroom Risotto and Roasted Asparagus.
Desserts include your choice of Chocolate Layer Cake featuring a Raspberry Sphere, Fresh Raspberries and Homemade Chocolate Bar; Stout Granita served with Dulce de Leche Ice Cream, Key Lime Gele’e and Honey Roasted Peanuts; or Chocolate Chip Cookies a la Mode.
