Emphasizing the restaurant’s natural gourmet philosophy, Signature Chef Julie Frans and her culinary team have created an elegant Miami Spice dinner menu utilizing wholesome, locally sourced, organic and seasonal ingredients to create Spice dishes that are bursting with flavor. Guests can expect a well-rounded culinary experience influenced by Florida’s summer season.
Your dinner choices of beginnings include the Thai Lemongrass Soup featuring Coconut Milk, Kaffir Lime, Tomato, Mushroom, Bok Choy and Thai Herbs; Glass Noodle Salad served with Thai Marinated Key West Shrimp, Local Mango, Cucumber, Cherry Tomatoes, Radish, Mint, Cilantro, Toasted Peanuts, and Sweet Chile-Citrus Vinaigrette; or Kale Caesar Salad featuring Organic Kale, Aged Parmesan, Herb Croutons, Toasted Pepitas and Anchovy Caesar Vinaigrette.
Main choices include Grilled Gulf-Caught Corvina featuring Fennel-Apple-Celery Root Slaw with Citrus, Fresh Herbs, Marcona Almonds, Caramelized Sunchokes and Roasted Haricot Vert; Sirloin Filet served with Creamy Polenta, Paradise Farms Oyster Mushrooms with Leeks and White Wine Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Balsamic Demi and Truffle Essence; or Fettuccini with Shrimp and Summer Vegetables featuring Key West Shrimp, Zucchini, Broccolini, Tomato, Mint Basil, Parsley, Lemon and White Wine.

The Miami Spice lunch menu is $23++ and will be offered Monday through Saturday; the dinner menu is $39++ and will be available Monday through Sunday. Tax and gratuity are not included.
