Essensia’s Seasonal Supper Series

 

On Thursday, February 9, at 7 p.m.  join our Signature Chef, Julie Frans, and the Essensia Restaurant culinary team as we prepare our first farm-to-table dinner, featuring the tastiest ingredients available this season in South Florida. An intimate gathering for all who enjoy farm-fresh flavors, Chef Julie has crafted a special 5-course menu incorporating premium seasonal, local and sustainable produce, meats and seafood.

 

Seasonal Supper Menu – Winter Edition

Cape Canaveral Prawns
Fresh Basil Pesto, Roasted Eggplant & Red Pepper Rolls with Arugula & Goat Cheese

Carrot Ginger Lemongrass Soup
Fresh Cilantro & Spicy Cashews

Burrata Salad
Roasted Beets, Heirloom Tomato, Green & Purple Basil

Jackman Ranch Wagyu New York Strip
Sautéed Oyster Mushrooms, Fingerling Potatoes Smashed with Florida Sunshine Blue Cheese, Arugula & Pecans, Sautéed Greens

Oyster Mushroom Lasagna
Sautéed Greens (Vegetarian Option)

Chocolate Ancho-Chili Mousse
Cayenne Strawberry Frozen Yogurt & Chocolate Tuile

This season’s featured farms include: Northstar Seafood, Halperns Steak and Seafood, Jackman Florida Natural Wagyu Beef, Teena’s Pride, and Paradise Farms

For reservations, please call 305.908.5490. Full pre-payment is required to reserve a space. Essensia Restaurant is located inside The Palms Hotel & Spa, 3025 Collins Ave, Miami Beach, FL.

Dinner is $95.00 per person (not including tax or gratuity) and includes a welcome cocktail, 5-course farm-to-table menu served family style and paired with fine wines carefully selected from Essensia’s one-of-a-kind sustainable wine list.
